Remodeling Specialist Location:

We're looking for a skilled Remodeling Specialist who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with a team, and can handle a wide range of interior residential remodeling tasks with professionalism and care. As a Remodeling Specialist , you'll work on a variety of residential interior projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, trim, drywall, and general finish work. This is a great fit for someone with solid hands-on remodeling experience who enjoys variety, values quality, and wants to be part of a team that cares about doing things the right way. Responsibilities Perform residential interior remodeling work across kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other living spaces. Handle carpentry, trim, cabinet installation, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general finish work. Assist with demolition, framing, site prep, and rebuild work as needed. Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately and efficiently. Complete punch-list items and detail work with a high standard of quality. Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites throughout each phase of the project. Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and homeowners when needed. Identify field issues early and help keep projects moving productively and professionally. Qualifications 2+ years of residential remodeling, carpentry, or related construction experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of general interior remodeling tasks and tools. Experience with trim, flooring, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, or tile work preferred. Ability to read measurements accurately and complete quality work with attention to detail. Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-first attitude. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and perform physical work regularly (reasonable accommodations available). Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites within ~40 minutes of Frankfort, IL. Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test after offer, consistent with Illinois law. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of hire. Pay and Benefits Full-time, W-2

Employees Compensation:

$25.00 to $40.00 per hour (DOE)
