Think of it as 'practical magic.' Job DescriptionThe Installation Tech installs custom designed residential and commercial storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

We're located at 1997 Ohio Street, Lisle, IL 60532The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7am-4:30pm with flexibility needed. The pay rate for this position is $25-$28 per hour depending on experience.

A valid driver's license is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.

Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.

Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.

Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.

Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.

Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.

Maintain safety standards at all time.

Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming walls and other surfaces.

Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to walls, trim, doors, and additional surfaces throughout daycare facilities.

Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with appropriate coverings prior to painting.

Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
