Remodeling Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and skilled Crew Member to join our family-owned residential and light commercial remodeling company based in Lombard, IL . The ideal candidate will have experience in various remodeling tasks and a strong work ethic. You'll work on interior and exterior projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and some light commercial spaces. We offer consistent 40-hour work weeks and a team-oriented environment. Duties Perform general remodeling work including kitchens, bathrooms, tile installation, and basement finishing Assist in interior framing and light carpentry tasks Install windows, exterior siding, and handle occasional roofing assignments Conduct light electrical and plumbing tasks under guidance (as needed) Keep job sites organized, clean, and prepped for the next phase of construction Transport materials and tools to various project sites Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Qualifications Experience in interior and exterior remodeling is required Proficiency in at least one of the following is strongly preferred: light framing, tile work, light plumbing or electrical Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments Must have reliable transportation to job sites within a 45-minute radius of Lombard, IL Experience with siding and roofing is a plus Electrical or plumbing experience is a bonus but not required Must not be part of a union Join our growing team and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, consistency, and reliability.
