Job Description
We are a small-to-medium size residential landlord with about 240 units in Evansville. We offer a variety of properties (houses, duplexes, apartments) at competitive prices. We are looking for a drywall installer/drywall finisher to perform rental turnovers and assisting our other maintenance staff with repairs/remodeling of rental units. We maintain an independent contractual relationship with our maintenance personnel. Our personnel provide their own personal tools and work roughly forty hours per week usually 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on the jobs that are posted or assigned. We are flexible with our scheduling - usually we just need to know the day before if time off is needed. The personnel coordinate among themselves and with the company on which projects to work on and how to get them done. Oversight from the company is very limited, so honest, dependable, and knowledgeable persons are required, along with the ability to work well with others. Ten days paid vacation and ten paid holidays vest after six months. We pay based on your value. If you know a lot and do your job well, we pay well. Starting pay is depending on experience and may be adjusted after you are established with us. Competency on your own required.
