Job lead experience a plus Duties Install framing systems using steel studs, metal framing, and dimensional measurements to ensure structural integrity. Install drywall, plywood, Densglass , to achieve smooth finishes and aesthetic appeal. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for framing, sheetrocking, and other construction tasks Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and coordination with other trades, such as welding and restoration teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards by using hand tools correctly and adhering to site protocols during all phases of construction. Experience Proven experience in commercial framing, insulation, and drywall installation, within the construction industry. Also able to install HMDFs Strong knowledge of metal and wood stud framing, on new and remodeling projects. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and dimensional measurements. Familiarity with construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in rough carpentry work. Prior work on construction sites involving steel framing, drywall application, restoration projects or similar environments is highly desirable.
