Job Overview Seeking a motivated Installation/Technician Helper. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience. If you're eager to learn, dependable, and ready to contribute to high-quality home improvement projects, this position is perfect for you! Duties Assist skilled technician with the installation of exterior shutters, retractable and fixed screens Prepare work sites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials needed for projects Clean up and removal of jobsite debris Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and property maintenance standards Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth project execution Requirements Construction experience or prior service technician experience is highly desirable Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members Willingness to learn Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in various environments with physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation, pickup truck is a plus.
