In addition to strong relationships with several well-respected institutions across various sectors in the greater Boston Area, South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Drywaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial renovation field and possess a strong understanding of various drywall and carpentry techniques and tools. Responsibilities Execute drywall projects including taping and mudding Experience with metal framing Light carpentry including molding Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure project completion Experience Proven experience in drywall and carpentry Has worked in a commercial construction for 2 years Can perform additional handyman type activities
Requirements:
Previous construction site experience Own basic hand tools Your own reliable transportation Willingness to undergo background check
Pay and Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $25-$40/ per hour Heath Insurance Vision and Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off SCIC is an Equal opportunity employer .
