Job Description This position is responsible for the installation of tape & mud to board, sanding mud to match surfaces, and repairing previously done work. Possible relocation reimbursment!!!

Responsibilities:

Ability to perform spotting, repairs and/or small finishing jobs independently for year round work Be able to prep for a new install Possess sanding skills Possess hand tools necessary to perform the job Completion of daily jobs/maintaining scheduled list of jobs Communicate daily with managers on the status of jobs Communicate with manager on billable repairs immediately after completion Communicate and update manager when leaving one job and arriving at another Ability to use easy sand products Maintain a clean appearance Maintain personal hygiene Comply with company, local, and state safety protocols Assess problems on the job independently Have reliable transportation to work Professionally communicate with homeowners, builders, clients if necessary Work in a safe manner Maintain job cleanliness make sure the job is contained Perform high quality work on all jobs then do the work as quickly as you can Do a final walk through to make sure your jobs requirements are completed Job Requirements Basic Qualifications & Attributes 3+ years' experience in drywall Attention to detail and concerned with quality of work Ability to take and follow direction Reliable to complete work and be at work each day on time or early Ability to solve problems in multiple ways Work well with others Possess strong time management skills Possess a positive, go-getter attitude Possess strong problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing job requirements Ability to quickly respond to the requests and requirements of other team members.
