Skilled Trades & Production Opportunities - Owatonna, MN Adecco is partnering with a growing employer in Owatonna, MN to hire multiple Skilled Trades and Production professionals. These are full-time, 1st shift roles in an indoor work environment with steady hours and long-term potential. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, skilled trades, or manufacturing who are looking for consistent schedules and reliable work .
Open Positions Include:
Carpenter (Framing) Interior Trim Installer Drywall Finisher / Painter Flooring Installer Cabinet Installer General Install / Production Roles (Insulation, Sheathing, Decking) Electrician / Electrical Technician Plumber Material Handler / Production Support Final Finish / Clean Key Responsibilities (vary by role): Assemble and install structural, finish, electrical, plumbing, or flooring components Read measurements, drawings, or instructions Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure work meets standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Range:
$20/hour up to $30/hour (based on role and experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 1st shift (typically 7:00am-3:30pm ) No nights or weekends for most roles

Pay Details:
