Capenter/interior remodeler

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Carpenter/Interior Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality interior renovation and remodeling projects, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life, ensuring every detail meets safety standards and aesthetic expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to intricate finish work, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute interior remodels. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and drywall finishing. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, install, and finish various materials such as wood, drywall and stone surfaces Conduct interior demolition, prepare surfaces for finishing work, and install or repair flooring, tile, plastering, and masonry components. Collaborate with project managers to ensure construction management standards are met while adhering to safety protocols during construction inspection processes. Assist with plumbing and electrical installations or repairs as needed to support remodeling projects. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications throughout each phase of the project. Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on interior remodeling or carpentry projects. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with a wide range of construction skills including framing, doors and trim, painting and various other remodeling trades. Familiarity with construction management practices and construction inspection procedures. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards on each project. Join us in creating exceptional spaces!
