Maris Home Improvements is seeking skilled, dependable, and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Installers to join our growing team. As a Kitchen & Bathroom Installer, you will be responsible for remodeling and installing kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, sinks, and fixtures Complete bathroom renovations, including showers, tubs, vanities, tile, flooring, and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Perform drywall work, painting, trim installation, caulking, and finishing tasks Complete demolition and preparation work as needed Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and jobsite equipment Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule Perform repair and restoration work when required Qualifications Previous experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling required Strong carpentry and installation skills Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings Experience with tile installation, drywall finishing, trim work, and painting Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical fixture installation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Professional attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Cabinet installation Countertop installation Tile setting and grouting Flooring installation Plumbing fixture replacement Light electrical fixture installation General remodeling and finish carpentry Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry construction materials Stand, kneel, bend, and work in tight spaces throughout the day Safely use ladders and jobsite equipment Work in residential construction environments Why Join Maris?
