In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive remodeling projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, construction, and finishing work. Your energetic approach will drive project success from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Duties Plan and coordinate remodeling projects, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, cabinetry, and fixture installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently to complete various construction tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately interpret project specifications and ensure precise execution. Perform construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase of the project to maintain high standards. Manage building finishing tasks such as painting, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and masonry work. Install electrical components, plumbing fixtures, glass installations, roofing materials, and other specialized elements with attention to detail. Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site while coordinating with construction management for project timelines and resource allocation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction remodeling or renovation projects with a strong background in carpentry and building finishing. Familiarity with bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Skilled in drywall installation, tile laying, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of schematics, blueprint reading, electrical work, plumbing systems, and fixture installation. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety standards. Strong understanding of construction estimating and site inspection processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
