Responsibilities Clean windows on both the interior and exterior surfaces of commercial buildings, and residential properties. Operate a 40+ foot pole Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, scrubbers, and other tools to achieve streak-free, crystal-clear results. Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights with ladders. Maintain cleanliness of work areas. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all windows meet quality standards before completion. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to climb ladders Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work at heights for extended periods. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus. Reliable transportation to different job sites as needed.
