Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team and be a vital part of transforming visions into reality! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential remodels, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction expertise. Whether you're experienced in blueprint reading, heavy equipment operation, or finishing trades, this position provides a platform to grow your career while contributing to high-quality construction projects. Subs are welcome as well Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of construction plans. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently across various job sites. Perform construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and flooring installation. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Assist with fabrication, carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, plastering, and caulking to achieve finished surfaces. Install doors, cabinets, glass panels, tile laying, hardscape features, and perform restoration work as needed. Support project management by estimating materials using construction estimating techniques and maintaining accurate documentation. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution. Experience with construction management practices and site supervision. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure safety standards and quality benchmarks are met. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup. Strong background in various trades including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, framing carpentry, drywall installation, tile laying, welding, and painting. Ability to read technical drawings related to concrete forming, fabrication processes, glass installation, cabinet installation, and restoration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining safety protocols.
