Remodeling Contractor / Renovation Specialist

Remodeling Contractor Location:

Scottsbluff, NE Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Remodeling Contractor to perform commercial/residential renovation work across multiple properties. This role requires hands-on experience in general remodeling including drywall, flooring installation, etc., with the ability to complete projects efficiently and with high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform drywall installation, patching, taping, mudding, and finishing Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, tile, carpet, or hardwood) Complete general remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and unit turns Handle minor carpentry, trim work, and painting Assist with property renovations and repairs as needed Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate progress, timelines, and material needs with management Qualifications Proven experience in drywall, flooring, and remodeling/renovations Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Own tools required for the trade Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical is a plus Preferred Experience Experience working on hotels, rental properties, apartments, commercial buildings Ability to handle full unit turns or large renovation projects Familiarity with cost estimation and material takeoffs Compensation Competitive pay based on experience (hourly) Consistent work available for qualified contractors

Pay:
