Job Description
Wavestar Solutions is looking for an experienced, dependable Tradesman to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong skills in bathroom and kitchen remodeling and a well-rounded knowledge of residential construction. This is not a management position. Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, tile installation, trim, painting, and finish work.
- Install cabinets, vanities, doors, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot construction issues and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of remodeling or residential construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of all phases of residential construction.
- Experience with tile installation is highly preferred.
- Ability to read plans and work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in quality workmanship. What We Offer
