Property Renovation Technician

Duties Execute a wide range of renovation tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and fixture installation to enhance property aesthetics and functionality. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as framing, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and stucco application. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project specifications and ensure precise execution. Conduct construction inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Perform restoration work including plastering, caulking, glass installation, cabinet hanging, and heavy equipment operation to restore properties to their optimal condition. Manage construction site activities by coordinating with team members, managing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Utilize Bluebeam software for digital plan review, markup, and project documentation to streamline communication across teams. Experience Proven experience in construction or property renovation with a strong background in carpentry, flooring installation, masonry, or related trades. Hands-on experience with construction management principles including estimating costs and scheduling tasks effectively. Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and safety standards on active job sites. Skilled in operating power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, as well as heavy equipment when necessary. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise project execution. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation, and restoration techniques is highly desirable. Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship in remodeling or renovation projects.
