Starting at $100 per day (based on experience) Job Overview The Oasis Builders Construction is seeking reliable and hardworking independent contractors for day labor on interior renovation projects. This role supports a variety of residential remodeling tasks and is ideal for individuals with construction experience or a strong willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist with interior renovation work including demolition, framing, drywall, and finish work Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from project leads and supervisors Support skilled trades (electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) as needed Requirements Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physical work Reliable transportation to job sites Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team Must provide own basic hand tools (preferred) Compensation & Details Starting at $100/day with opportunity for higher pay based on skill and performance Paid per day or per project (depending on scope) Opportunity for ongoing work with consistent performance How to Apply Call or text 505-317-8537
