Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential Window Cleaning Technician, where you'll bring clarity and shine to homes by expertly cleaning windows and glass surfaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows, glass doors, and other exterior surfaces using professional tools and techniques Safely operate equipment such as squeegees, extension poles, ladders, and scissor lifts to reach high or difficult areas Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding or securing ladders in accordance with safety standards Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism during each service visit Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction Follow safety protocols rigorously when handling equipment like scissor lifts or working at heights Complete detailed service reports and document work performed for quality assurance Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures for working at heights and with various tools Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Join us in creating brighter homes through expert window cleaning!
