NOTE:
You must have remodeling experience and be comfortable with working with hand/power tools. Duties Execute comprehensive remodeling tasks including drywall installation, flooring, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and painting to deliver polished finished spaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently to complete various construction activities. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret project specifications and ensure precise execution of tasks such as electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, and roofing. Conduct construction inspections and quality control checks throughout each phase of the project to maintain high standards. Install fixtures such as lighting, appliances, doors, glass panels, and cabinetry with attention to detail. Manage construction site safety protocols while coordinating with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Perform restoration work on existing structures including stucco repair, plastering, caulking, and masonry to enhance durability and appearance. Willing and able to receive constructive feedback. Experience - Experience or certifications in Plumbing or Electrical is a bonus. Proven experience in remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, flooring installation, drywall finishing, tile laying, and concrete finishing. Familiarity with construction management practices including scheduling, estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Hands-on electrical experience including wiring and fixture installation; plumbing knowledge for fixture setup and repairs. Skilled in the use of Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; experience with fabrication techniques such as welding or concrete forming is a plus. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures related to residential or commercial renovation projects.
