Maintenance Technician Pay:

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour Job description: Ellicott Development is searching for

JACK OF ALL TRADES

person for maintenance performed on commercial properties both inside and outside throughout Olean, New York. Person would be responsible for a variety of work including general repairs to existing properties and remodeling existing properties which could include demo, framing, drywall finishing.
