I'm looking for a LEAD Carpenter Remodeler. We do additions, finished basements, kitchen and bath remodels as well as build decks. An exceptional candidate will possess the skills to complete the above projects independently with skilled help to assist and have the ability to manage people and the project at hand. The candidate will have impeccable communication skills to work with other employees as well as professionally with customers. On top of the above the skills, an exceptional candidate will have honed there remodeling and carpentry skills and have attention to detail to work in high-end homes. Also, a new addition to Santora Development MUST be:

Hard-worker
Reliable (MUST come to work every day)
Attention to detail (we work on very high-end residential properties)
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation to work
References to vouch for the above qualities
