Examples of work:

Ability to complete demolition, material handling and cleanup related to vacant apartment renovation and other projects as directed. Assemble specified renovation components Basic knowledge of construction trades: Electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry (tile setting, framing, cabinets and countertops), finish carpentry (molding, trim, drywall), flooring systems, etc. Must follow standards set by the management company in regard to safety, quantity and quality of work and the means employed for completing tasks. Follows laws and procedures for moving and disposing of appliances. Ability to load and unload construction materials from trucks and pack items into apartments. All other duties as assigned
