Job Description
Lead Remodel Carpenter / Kitchen & Bath Remodeler EHR Contracting is hiring an experienced Kitchen & Bath Remodeler to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations throughout Northeast Ohio and are looking for a dependable craftsman who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and can help deliver projects that exceed expectations. What You'll Do Perform kitchen and bathroom renovations from demolition through final punch list Install cabinets, vanities, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories Complete framing, drywall repairs, insulation, and finish carpentry Install tile floors, backsplashes, showers, and waterproofing systems Set and level cabinetry to professional standards Read plans and scopes of work and execute projects accordingly Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project progress Identify issues proactively and help develop solutions Qualifications Minimum 3 years of remodeling experience preferred Strong carpentry and finish carpentry skills Tile installation experience strongly preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with kitchen and bath remodels required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Own basic hand tools required (larger equipment provided) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Consistent year-round work Supportive team environment Performance bonuses available for exceptional workmanship and efficiency About EHR Contracting EHR Contracting specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and home renovations throughout Northeast Ohio.
