Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our home remodeling team. This role involves supporting interior home remodeling projects by assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, performing physical tasks, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of residential remodeling. Experience in general contracting (electrical, plumbing, flooring etc) welcomed, with preferred experience in drywall finishing. Duties Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and other remodeling tasks Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Help install cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople Maintain a clean and organized workspace Dispose of construction debris and waste appropriately Adhere to company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team Requirements Previous experience in construction or remodeling is a plus but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments Valid driver's license
