Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation tasks across various projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize a broad skill set, and contribute directly to the successful completion of building and renovation projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, glass panels, and other building components with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively. Perform construction site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Execute various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, stucco application, roofing, masonry work, concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, and painting. Manage the installation of plumbing and electrical systems in accordance with schematics and building codes. Conduct restoration work as needed during renovation or remodeling projects. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project progression. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling tools and materials. Assist in the fabrication of custom components when required for specialized installations. Use Bluebeam or similar software for digital document review and markups related to project plans. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards throughout each phase of the project. Experience Proven experience in construction installation roles with a strong background in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments. Knowledge of construction management practices and site safety protocols. Experience working on commercial or residential construction sites is preferred. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely when necessary. Strong understanding of building codes and inspection requirements related to plumbing, electrical systems, framing, drywall, stucco, flooring, tile work, glazing, fixture installation, and restoration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
