Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Drywall Assistant to support day-to-day operations across a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn the trade and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities Assist with drywall installation, including hanging, cutting, and measuring Perform demolition and site prep work Complete drywall patching and basic finishing tasks Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites Support warehouse organization, material prep, and inventory Follow direction while also working independently when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and stay organized Hands-on aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade Prior construction or drywall experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments What We Offer Competitive starting pay at $22/hour On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Flexible, supportive environment of a small family business How to Apply Email your resume to or contact us to get in touch
