We're looking for a skilled finisher who shares that mindset and wants to be part of a team where quality matters. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality finishes with minimal supervision. This role requires someone who takes ownership of their work, works efficiently, and has a strong understanding of drywall finishing techniques. Key Responsibilities Finish drywall patches, repairs, and full installations to a high standard Tape, mud, sand, and blend repairs seamlessly into existing surfaces Match textures when required Set up and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Communicate effectively with team members and customers Assist with material preparation and occasional warehouse organization as needed Qualifications Prior drywall finishing experience required Ability to produce high-quality finishes with attention to detail Experience with patch work and repairs strongly preferred Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and extended periods of standing, reaching, and sanding What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Consistent work with a respected, growing company Flexibility and supportive culture of a small, family-owned business A team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and doing quality work How to Apply Please email your resume and a brief description of your experience to or contact us.
