Position Overview:

The Home Renovator will be responsible for completing residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish. This includes demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry installation, trim, painting, light plumbing/electrical fixture installs, and finishing details. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple trades, strong attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship. We are looking for both lead and helpers to fill roles.

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of residential renovation and remodeling projects Execute tasks such as demo, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, trim, and finish work Read and interpret project drawings, layouts, and specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure quality and efficiency Communicate progress, needs, and issues clearly Lead project in profitable manor to earn performance bonus Follow company standards for quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling or construction experience Proficient in one or more trades (carpentry, flooring, drywall, tile, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and ability to interact respectfully with clients

Preferred Skills:

Experience with kitchen and bath remodels Experience with basement build outs Basic plumbing and electrical fixture installation Tile experience Framing experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with power tools and job-site safety practices
