Responsibilities include:

Preparing surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming Applying paints, stains, and specialty coatings using professional techniques Performing minor drywall and surface repairs as needed Maintaining clean and organized job sites Caring for company tools and equipment Following established safety procedures without exception Communicating professionally with clients regarding project progress Documenting completed work and materials used Ensuring every project meets our quality standards before considering it complete What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional painting experience Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques Experience with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Knowledge of paint products and proper application methods Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities Strong commitment to safety and workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work from ladders when necessary Ability to pass a background check Experience with commercial or high-end residential painting, decorative finishes, or minor carpentry is a plus What You'll Receive Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid time off Company-provided tools and equipment Ongoing professional development Steady work with respected clients A company that values quality craftsmanship over rushed production This Position Isn't for Everyone This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying productive throughout the day and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding workmanship.
