Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking installer to join our team full-time. The installer will be responsible for the installation of interior and exterior shutters at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install interior and exterior shutters according to company specifications and customer requirements. Measure, fit, and secure shutters to ensure proper alignment and functionality. Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment safely. Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other installation equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites. Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate professionally with team members. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with warehouse duties and material preparation as needed. Qualifications Previous installation, construction, carpentry, or related experience preferred but not required. Ability to use common hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
