Recharge Days 6 Paid Holidays Growth Opportunities Within a National Company Supportive Team Environment What You'll Do As a Construction Technician, you'll play a key role in renovating and preparing apartment homes for new and existing residents.

Responsibilities include:

Full apartment remodels and unit turns Demolition and reconstruction work Sheetrock installation, repair, finishing, and texture matching Flooring installation and repairs Interior painting and finishing work Cabinet installation and repairs Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Window and door installation Appliance troubleshooting and replacement Trim work, baseboards, and finish carpentry Property inspections and punch-list completion Working with management to keep projects on schedule and within budget Maintaining a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes pride in producing quality work Works independently with minimal supervision Finds solutions rather than excuses Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Enjoys staying busy and productive throughout the day Communicates professionally with residents and team members Is motivated to learn and grow within a successful organization Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential construction, remodeling, or renovation experience Strong sheetrock, finishing, and repair skills required Experience with flooring, painting, framing, trim work, cabinets, plumbing, and basic electrical work Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently Valid driver's license required Must provide own tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Preferred Experience Apartment renovation or multifamily housing experience Unit-turn experience Property maintenance or construction background Experience working independently across multiple properties Who Succeeds in This Role?
