We Build We Fix is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Punch List Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks associated with completing residential construction projects to meet We Build We Fix's high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough inspections of construction projects to identify and address final completion items (punch list). Repair minor defects and imperfections, including drywall touch-ups, painting, carpentry corrections, fixture installations, and minor electrical and plumbing adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering strictly to company safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure clarity on punch list requirements and timelines. Document completed tasks accurately and timely, maintaining records of corrections and adjustments made. Assist in maintaining ongoing maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction punch list management, maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or similar fields preferred. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to use common tools and equipment safely and effectively.
