We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, welcoming property. As our Painter / Drywall Technician, you will be responsible for painting, drywall repairs, touch-ups, and general surface maintenance throughout the hotel. You'll work closely with our Engineering and Maintenance team to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and finishing work throughout the hotel. Repair, patch, and finish drywall, including holes, cracks, and damaged surfaces. Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming as needed. Maintain walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other painted surfaces. Complete guest room repairs and maintenance projects as needed. Respond to work orders and prioritize repairs based on urgency and guest impact. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Safely operate painting and maintenance tools and equipment. Follow all hotel safety procedures and standards. Assist the Maintenance team with other projects and repairs as needed. Help ensure the hotel remains clean, attractive, and welcoming for our guests.

Qualifications:

Previous painting, drywall, or general maintenance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, drywall repair, and surface preparation. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, reliable, and professional. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Comfortable working in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
