We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Drywall Finisher & Painter to join our team for an active hotel room renovation project. This is not a general labor or entry-level position. We need a true professional who can walk into a room, assess the walls, and deliver a flawless, high-end finish ready for guests. You must have proven, hands-on experience working independently and efficiently in a commercial or hospitality environment.

Core Responsibilities Drywall & Mudding:

Hanging, taping, bedding, and applying multiple coats of joint compound to achieve smooth, seamless walls.

Texturing:

Skillfully matching existing wall and ceiling textures.

Sanding:

Using hand and pole/orbital sanding techniques to create a clean, dust-managed, perfectly smooth surface prior to painting.

Painting:

Expertly cutting in, rolling, and spraying walls, trim, and ceilings with professional-grade commercial coatings.

Surface Prep & Cleanup:

Masking, caulking, minor patching, and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace to keep hotel operations running smoothly.

Strict Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable professional experience specifically in drywall finishing, mudding, sanding, texturing, and painting.

Do Not Apply If:

You do not have hands-on, professional remodeling and drywall experience. We cannot train individuals on the basics of finishing or painting for this project.

Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing the high aesthetic standards required for a hotel property.
