The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, fixture installation, and site preparation. This role involves working on diverse projects such as remodeling, flooring installation, water damage restoration, and more. The Installer will play a vital role in ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute installation tasks accurately. Install fixtures, trim carpentry, doors, windows, and other building components according to project plans. Perform plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and framing as required for various projects. Assist with water damage restoration efforts such as mold remediation and structural repairs. Apply caulking, painting (including airless paint spraying), and flooring installation to enhance project aesthetics. Use hand tools and power equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase. Weekly Pay Requirements Proven experience in construction or restoration industries; specific experience with sheet rock is highly preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and technical documentation. Skills in various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry and door hanging), masonry, plumbing, tile laying, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and painting. Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients when necessary. Physical ability to perform manual labor in diverse environments; capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heights if needed. Valid driver's license is preferred for site travel purposes.
