Responsibilities:
- Trim-out new homes at customer site
- Complete final inspection with customer to determine any additional repairs
- Make warranty repairs, as required
- Provide own truck/trailer and necessary tools
- Maintain accurate work records and logs
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Provides customers and coworkers with a remarkable experience
- Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity Qualifications
- All insurances required, (i.e., General Liability, Vehicle Insurance)
- Ability to travel overnight (daily and weekly projects)
- Construction experience in repair of drywall and application of texture, door adjustments, flooring, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.
- Ability to walk, climb and lift loads of at least 70 lbs.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail and self-management
- Effective planning and organization skills
- Consistently provide excellence in Customer Service
- Strong communication skills, patience and empathetic outlook
