Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Apartment Make-Ready Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a comfortable, safe environment for our residents. From routine maintenance to tackling unexpected repairs, you'll be a key part of making sure our property stays in top shape. You'll also play a big role in getting apartments ready for new residents, handling everything from paint touch-ups to appliance installations. Responsibilities Take care of Make Ready tasks , including: Painting walls and trim Drywall repairs Installing or repairing appliances Replacing light fixtures, hardware, and other items to prepare units for new residents Stay on top of preventative maintenance to help avoid future issues. Keep clear and accurate records of work completed and parts used. Work closely with the rest of the team to complete tasks efficiently and professionally. Requirements Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field. Basic residential painting and drywall repair skills. Good communication skills—able to speak and write clearly in English. Team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
