In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise drywall and metal framing projects, ensuring structural integrity and high-quality finishes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from commercial buildings to remodeling projects, utilizing your expertise in framing, drywall, and related trades. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities Install sheet rock (drywall) with accuracy, ensuring smooth finishes and proper attachment to framing structures Erect metal framing systems for walls, ceilings, and partitions using industry-standard techniques and tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects effectively Perform metal building erection, including framing for large-scale commercial or industrial structures Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and other related tasks as needed on construction sites Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate work schedules, material deliveries, and site safety protocols Conduct heavy lifting tasks and utilize scaffolding or lifts to access elevated areas safely Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety standards Skills Proven experience in metal stud framing, drywall installation, and plastering techniques Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery Ability to perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco application, and trim carpentry Familiarity with metal building erection processes and steel framing systems Experience in construction management practices and site safety procedures Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights Knowledge of woodworking skills including framing carpentry and remodeling projects Ability to operate heavy equipment such as lifts or cranes when necessary for project scope Join our team if you're passionate about building durable structures with precision craftsmanship!
