We focus on clean, professional work and delivering a great experience for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and reliable technician who can handle drywall, prep, and painting to help us maintain consistent, high-end finishes across our projects. Position Overview This role is responsible for all wall surface preparation and painting on our projects. You will be working in occupied homes, so cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical. This is not just a "painter" role — we are looking for someone who can properly prep, repair, and finish surfaces the right way. Responsibilities Drywall repair, patching, and skim coating Ability to achieve smooth wall finishes (Level 4/5) Texture matching when needed (orange peel, knockdown, etc.) Prep surfaces including sanding, priming, and masking Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors with clean, sharp lines Protect floors, cabinets, fixtures, and furniture Perform light demolition related to drywall work Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate clearly with project manager on progress and needs Requirements 3+ years experience in drywall and painting Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Reliable transportation Basic tools for drywall and painting Professional attitude when working in client homes Preferred (Not Required) Experience working on remodel projects Ability to remove or smooth textured finishes Experience working around tile, cabinetry, and finished surfaces What We Offer Consistent, year-round work Clean, organized job sites Opportunity for bonuses based on performance Growth opportunity as the company expands Respectful and professional work environment Bonus Structure Performance bonuses available for jobs completed on time with high-quality finish Opportunity to increase pay based on performance and reliability How to Apply Please apply with your experience and a brief description of the type of work you've done.
