Job Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Window Washing Specialist, where your expertise will brighten and enhance the appearance of commercial and residential buildings. This energetic role involves performing thorough and streak-free window cleaning using professional techniques and equipment. You will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties, ensuring every window shines with clarity and brilliance. Duties Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment to wash windows on various building types, including high-rise structures using scissor lifts or other elevating devices Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or lifts to access windows at different heights Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results on glass surfaces Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Follow safety protocols rigorously when working at heights or with specialized equipment such as scissor lifts Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store all tools and supplies after completing each job Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning requests Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window washing preferred Hands-on experience operating scissor lifts or other elevated platforms safely and confidently Knowledge of cleaning techniques suitable for different types of glass and building exteriors Ability to work at heights comfortably while adhering to safety guidelines Strong attention to detail to ensure streak-free, high-quality results Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness.
