Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Home Remodeling Specialist, where you will play a vital role in transforming residential spaces into beautiful, functional homes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your diverse construction skills, from framing and drywall installation to finishing touches like cabinetry and flooring. You will lead remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive home remodeling projects including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and fixture installation. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to ensure accurate project execution. Manage construction site activities, including heavy equipment operation, scaffolding setup, and material fabrication. Conduct inspections throughout the project lifecycle to maintain quality standards and compliance with building codes. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project completion. Perform restoration work and handle specialized tasks such as stucco application, plastering, caulking, glazing, and masonry repairs. Qualifications Proven experience in residential remodeling or general construction with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and painting. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project planning. Proficient with construction estimating tools like Bluebeam or similar software. Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety procedures on-site. Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely; experience with fabrication is a plus. Hands-on experience with drywall installation, flooring installation (tile or hardwood), cabinet mounting, door hanging, and fixture installation. Knowledge of building codes and inspection processes related to residential remodeling projects. $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
