We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in commercial interior construction. Whether you're an experienced tradesman or just getting started as a helper, we offer opportunities to work on a variety of commercial projects while developing your skills alongside an experienced team. We perform a wide range of commercial interior work, including metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, tape and float, and painting. We value craftsmanship, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Hourly compensation is based on experience and skill level. Individuals who are proficient in multiple trades qualify for higher pay. Responsibilities Install commercial metal stud framing Hang and install drywall Tape, float, and finish drywall Install acoustical ceiling grid and ceiling tile systems Install aluminum and hollow metal door frames, doors, and hardware Perform interior painting and touch-up work Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Measure, lay out, and build according to project specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following: Commercial metal stud framing Drywall installation Drywall finishing (tape & float) Acoustical ceilings Hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware Interior painting Blueprint reading and layout Commercial construction experience Requirements Reliable transportation Basic hand tools appropriate for your trade Ability to lift and carry construction materials safely Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Commitment to producing quality work while following jobsite safety requirements Compensation Competitive hourly rates based on experience Contract-based commercial work Weekly pay Ongoing project opportunities for qualified individuals The more skills you bring, the greater your earning potential.
