Project-Based Pay:
Based on trade, scope, experience, and project Princeton Orchard Luxury Builders is looking for skilled renovation trades and subcontractors for residential remodeling projects throughout the greater Houston area. We work on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile, painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, countertops, and full interior renovation projects. Join our dependable group of trades. We are interested in speaking with: Plumbers Electricians Tile setters Flooring installers Painters Drywall crews Trim carpenters Cabinet installers Countertop fabricators and installers Framers Demo crews Shower glass installers General remodeling crews Handymen with strong finish skills The work is residential renovation, often in occupied homes. Clean work, reliable communication, and respect for the property matter. We need people who can show up when scheduled, price work clearly, follow a scope, and finish work properly.
Requirements:
Experience in residential remodeling or renovation Photos of recent work Reliable transportation Own tools for your trade Ability to communicate clearly by phone and text Ability to work cleanly in occupied homes Licensed where required for your trade References preferred This is a good fit for trades who want steady project opportunities with a renovation company that cares about quality, scheduling, and a professional client experience.
