This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and renovation projects, bringing spaces to life with expert painting techniques and hands-on assistance. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer as needed Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, or power tools with precision and care Assist with construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, plastering, and trim carpentry to support project progress Understand project specifications and ensure accurate application of paint and finishes Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively on various construction sites Painting, drywall installation and repair, stucco application, restoration work, fixture installation, and other specialized tasks as needed to meet project goals Skills Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with knowledge of renovations processes Strong understanding of achieving aesthetic results that match client expectations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment safely Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and any possible drawings for precise execution of tasks Knowledge of plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, drywall installation & repair Familiarity with renovation projects including restoration work and remodeling processes Basic math skills for mixing paints accurately and measuring materials; handyman experience is a plus Experience working on job sites with safety awareness and adherence to protocols Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
