Job description Job Overview Kiddie Academy of Meridiana is looking for an energetic, dependable, and caring Part-Time Classroom Floater to join our growing team! This position is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours who enjoys working with children of different ages and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a Floater, you will help support classrooms throughout the school while building meaningful relationships with children and staff. Responsibilities Support classrooms throughout the school as needed Assist children during meals, activities, playtime, and transitions Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Follow Kiddie Academy policies and Texas Minimum Standards Skills Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication and teamwork skills Enjoy working with children of different age groups Childcare experience preferred but not required Must be willing to complete required childcare training
