We are hiring an Experienced Remodel Technician who can contribute across multiple phases of renovation work and help move projects from demolition through final punch. This is not an entry-level role . We are looking for someone with real hands-on field experience who can step onto a jobsite, understand the work in front of them, and produce solid results with minimal hand-holding. What You'll Do Perform hands-on remodel and repair work in both commercial and residential environments Assist with projects from demo, prep, and framing support through finish work and final punch Install, patch, repair, and finish sheetrock / drywall Tape, float, skim, sand, and prep surfaces for paint and finish work Complete interior and exterior paint work as required, including prep, masking, touch-up, and final finish Support bathroom and kitchen renovation work , including demolition, prep, installation support, punch corrections, and finish detail work Assist with light framing, blocking, backing, trim, doors, hardware, fixture installation, millwork touch-up, and general carpentry tasks Help with flooring-related prep, demo, transitions, and installation support as needed Perform make-ready, turnover, service, repair, and punch-list work Read measurements, verify field conditions, and complete work accurately Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials and tools on site Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional jobsite at all times Protect surrounding finishes and work carefully in occupied, client-facing, or active environments Follow field direction, stay productive, and help complete scopes correctly the first time Identify deficiencies, incomplete work, or field issues early and communicate them to field leadership What You Must Bring Prior hands-on experience in remodel, renovation, repair, make-ready, punch, or service work Working experience with drywall, patching, floating, sanding, prep, paint, and general finish work Ability to contribute across multiple trades and phases of a project Experience working in bathroom and kitchen renovation environments is strongly preferred Ability to work independently on assigned tasks without constant supervision Professional conduct, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic Ability to move with urgency while still protecting quality Reliable transportation Ability to lift materials, work on your feet, climb ladders, and handle physically demanding work Willingness to work in both commercial and residential settings Requirements Experience required Entry-level applicants will not be considered Must pass background check Valid driver's license preferred Pay $22-$24/hour based on experience and verified skill Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law Weekly pay Schedule Hours vary based on project and client needs Some early mornings, evenings, weekends, or occasional night work may be required depending on the job
