Full Job Description Requirements:
2+ years of painting experience (interior and/or exterior) Own tools and reliable transportation Valid insurance/license (or willing to obtain before starting) Detail-oriented and able to meet project deadlines Professional appearance and conduct on job sites (uniform/clean attire, respectful of client property) References or portfolio of past work Ability to talk with customers
Pay:
Flat rate per job, based on project scope. Rates discussed upfront before each job — no surprises.
