In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and finishing drywall to create smooth, professional-looking walls and ceilings. Your expertise will contribute to residential, commercial, and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your skills in painting, drywall finishing, and related trades. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, or other tools across residential and commercial settings Finish drywall by taping, mudding, sanding, and smoothing surfaces for a flawless appearance Install or repair plastering, stucco, trim carpentry, fixtures, and other finishing elements to enhance interior aesthetics Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and ensure proper placement of materials Use hand tools and power tools effectively for caulking, framing, masonry work, or welding as needed on renovation or restoration projects Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout each project phase Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting, drywall finishing, or related trades with a strong understanding of construction site protocols Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, brushes, scrapers, caulking guns; familiar with power tools including airless sprayers and sanders Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects in various environments Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience with plastering, stucco application, masonry work, or concrete finishing is highly desirable Familiarity with renovation projects involving restoration or remodeling processes Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces with precision and creativity!
