In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across commercial and residential properties. Your energetic approach will ensure that all glass surfaces are spotless, enhancing the overall appearance and safety of our clients' buildings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and contribute to a professional environment that values quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Clean windows, glass doors, and other reflective surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts safely and effectively Prepare work areas by setting up safety barriers and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform routine inspections of windows to identify damage or areas requiring special attention Follow safety protocols strictly when working at heights or with specialized machinery like scissor lifts Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on window cleaning preferred Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely and confidently Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, solutions, and safety procedures related to window washing Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods Excellent attention to detail ensuring high-quality cleaning results Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and following instructions Valid certifications or training in working with scissor lifts or elevated work platforms is a plus Join us in delivering sparkling results that brighten our clients' spaces!
